With ideal conditions expected for the first two days before wind and rain threaten at the weekend, another birdie-fest looks likely, at least early on.

Hall is also a PGA Tour winner, claiming the 2024 ISCO Championship, and has two Korn Ferry Tour victories from mid-western states on similar course types. His game should benefit from wider fairways this week, and he currently ranks impressively high on the PGA Tour for birdie average in 2025. This follows a 31st place finish here last year, preceding a 15th at the John Deere Classic and his ISCO Championship win.

Historically does well around here and could well finish inside the places this time out if he gets off to a good start and builds momentum from there.
