This Weekend’s 6 Score Predictions

Sunderland v Bournemouth

Prediction: Sunderland 1–2 Bournemouth

Sunderland have been spirited at home and continue to press with real energy, but they remain vulnerable when teams play through their midfield. They concede chances and rely heavily on late goals to stay in matches.

Bournemouth arrive as one of the form sides in the league. Their forward line is confident, their patterns of play are sharp and they have already produced several strong away performances. They look more polished in the final third and more capable of turning pressure into goals.

Sunderland can score, but Bournemouth’s attacking quality gives them the edge.

Everton v Newcastle

Prediction: Everton 2–1 Newcastle

Everton’s improvement has been clear over the past month. They are defending better, winning more second balls and showing greater control at Goodison Park. Their home results have been strong and they are playing with belief.

Newcastle come into this after a disappointing European defeat. Injuries have stripped depth from key positions and their away record has dipped this season. They still pose a threat going forward, but they have been too open in transition.

Everton’s form and home advantage point towards a tight but deserved win.

Tottenham v Fulham

Prediction: Tottenham 2–1 Fulham

Tottenham continue to score goals at home and remain one of the league’s most entertaining sides. They transition quickly, create plenty of chances and usually control the tempo in front of their own supporters.

Fulham have had some good moments this season but struggle for consistency on the road. They concede too many chances away from Craven Cottage and often rely on isolated breaks rather than sustained pressure.

Spurs should generate the clearer opportunities and edge this London clash.

Crystal Palace v Manchester United

Prediction: Crystal Palace 0–2 Manchester United

Crystal Palace have impressed under Oliver Glasner and have been tough to beat at Selhurst Park. Their defensive shape is strong, and they break quickly through midfield.

Manchester United, however, come into the weekend needing to bounce back from a 0-1 defeat to 10 men Everton. United were finding some form and consistency whilst showing defensive strength and Mbuemo leading their attacking threat.

Palace will make this competitive, but with heavy legs following away European defeat, United’s quality in both penalty areas points toward a solid away win.

Aston Villa v Wolves

Prediction: Aston Villa 3–0 Wolves

Aston Villa are flying. Their home record is among the best in the league, they are scoring freely and they look in complete control in most of their matches at Villa Park. Their confidence is high and their European form has fed directly into their league performances.

Wolves remain winless in the Premier League and continue to struggle badly in both boxes. They are conceding too many goals, lack presence up front and find it difficult to impose themselves in games.

Everything points toward a dominant Villa display and a comfortable home win.

Chelsea v Arsenal

Prediction: Chelsea 1–1 Arsenal

Chelsea’s midweek win over Barcelona was one of their best performances of the season. Their structure is improving, their press is better coordinated and their confidence is building at just the right time.

Arsenal remain top of the table and continue to look like the most complete side in the division. They have been excellent defensively and have delivered in big matches across both league and Europe. Their control in midfield often dictates the rhythm of games.

Chelsea have improved enough to compete, but Arsenal are very difficult to beat. A close, hard-fought draw feels the most realistic outcome.
