⭐ NAP of the Day

Our NAP of the Day is Milan Tino in the 4.30 at Chepstow.

This looks a great opportunity for the Tom George trained six-year-old to return to winning form. Since switching to fences, Milan Tino has shown admirable consistency with form figures of 4142, and he was only narrowly denied last time by a very well-handicapped rival.

This five runner race doesn’t appear to contain anything capable of producing a serious challenge if Milan Tino runs to his usual level. The horse remains on a workable mark, runs over his preferred trip and the forecast soft ground should play to his strengths.

Another big positive is the booking of Harry Cobden, one of the most reliable jockeys in the weighing room. Cobden boasts a strong record at Chepstow and his presence in the saddle adds further confidence.

With conditions in his favour and limited opposition on paper, Milan Tino looks the most likely winner on Sunday’s card.

Now dropping to an official rating of 74 and partnered with Georgia Dobie, he finds himself in an exceptionally winnable Class 5 turf contest. With his crucial comeback run securely behind him, Stardancer is poised to bounce back to peak form and deliver a prominent showing at a price that looks generous.

Our Dark Horse racing tip for today is Far From Dandy in the Irish Lincoln at 4.20 Curragh, currently available around 14/1.

Heavy ground is expected and that could have a major impact on the outcome of this race, with many of the fancied runners unlikely to relish the conditions.

Far From Dandy, however, handles deep ground well, which could prove a decisive factor.

The four-year-old ended last season with a Dundalk double before finishing sixth last time out when encountering trouble in running. Despite that interference, he was only three lengths behind the winner, suggesting he remains competitive off his current mark.

Today is a step up in class, but the draw in stall 1 is a big advantage, and he represents a stable that has been quietly picking up winners in recent weeks.

Analiese has been extremely consistent since November, producing form figures of 2112 in her last four runs.
