The Queen Mother Champion Chase is the feature race at 16:00 on Wednesday 11th March 2026 during Day 2 of the Cheltenham Festival.

Run over 2 miles on the Old Course, the race is the championship event for two-mile chasers and regularly produces some of the fastest and most thrilling races of the entire meeting.

The contest requires exceptional jumping, high cruising speed and the ability to handle Cheltenham’s famous uphill finish. With a huge prize fund and enormous prestige attached to the race, the Champion Chase attracts the very best two-mile chasers from Britain and Ireland each season.
