Six year old who had decent form in Germany earlier in his career. Not really found much on home soil this year and the form isn’t overly pleasant reading. However, his flat mark has now dropped to 70 which is 17 below what it was earlier this year and that has started to show with a solid second of 12 lto here at Chester off a mark of 70. Likely to see that form continue off this mark and had no trouble at this track lto and should take to it again. Relatively weak race and No More Bolero looks primed for his first win today. Yard going very well and Luke Morris aboard is a good booking too. Looks a very strong chance.

Course winner who has been a little sub par of late with form of 75664 since the win here in December last year. Retains potential and is going to bounce back sooner or later off the right mark and is now off a mark where things are looking up. Yard is absolutely flying and has good course form and whilst there is some good horses in this race today, there’s nothing that Waiting For Love can’t compete with and his odds of 7/1 are only reflecting the recent form. Has enough ability to be involved here today and has Darragh Keenan aboard for the steering. Open to a big run off a mark of 68 and has a chance.

Multiple group winner including two starts ago when winning and defying a penalty in the Group 3 at Sandown. Ran in the very hotly contested Nunthorpe at York lto and was a creditable 5th. He’s a versatile and talented five year old who knows how to get the job done on various tracks and grounds. Rob Hornby gets the ride and this is calmer waters than the Nunthorpe and Rumstar is capable of winning this. Has an ok draw and plenty of speed to get out quick and make his mark early. Looks the winner.

Two year from the O’Meara’s who made a positive debut at Hamilton when finishing second. Second start lto was at Thirsk and won nicely. Clearly progressive and things seemed to have clicked quite early on for this colt. Has a penalty to overcome after the win at Thirsk but has the best form in this field and whilst there is some unknown newcomers, none look overly threatening. Hasbro Market is nicely bred with a strong pedigree and is fancied to win again here off top weight for an inform yard with a good record.

Four year old from the Owen yard who has never won a race so far and whilst that may be off putting, Latin has gone close on a number of occasions off a mark of 52. Down to a mark of 50 today on return after a 3month hiatus and also down in class. That puts this boy on a very dangerous mark at a course he ran well at previously. A big factor is the yard, they are on a hot streak winning a quarter of races in the last fortnight. Also have exceptional course form and so everything is pointing in the right direction for Latin and a win looks quite likely.
