Three year old from the powerful A P O’Brien yard who needs little introduction. Has contested some of the top races this year including the win over Ombudsman in the Eclipse before those placings were reversed in the Juddmonte. Remains highly respected and if Delacroix is even close to top form nothing in this field will come close to contesting today. Has never lost here at Leopardstown and nothing is pointing towards that flawless form course faltering here today. Should win.

This classy three-year-old has contested some of the biggest races this season, including a memorable win over Ombudsman in the Eclipse before the form was reversed in the Juddmonte. Despite that, Delacroix retains Group 1 calibre and remains unbeaten at Leopardstown.

With Christophe Soumillon in the saddle, the conditions perfect, and the form book in his favour, Delacroix should take all the beating.

Was a standout success in 2024 when winning a staggering seven times. Not quite been seen to best effect so far this year but remains one not to dismiss on old form. We saw a flash of the old Jordan Electrics lto when a respectable fifth in a large field hotly contested race at York and he may come on a bit for that. Paul Mulrennan gets the ride and theres plenty to like about this old timer and he is capable of competing, if not winning this race today.

However, his recent fifth in a competitive York handicap suggested he’s coming back to himself. Back at a track that should suit, with the experienced Paul Mulrennan doing the steering, Jordan Electrics looks overpriced and could easily get involved.

Remains on a good mark and the string of second places recently only confirm that. Yard in great form and has good course form too. Top jockey in Oisin Murphy who has a good record here and is riding many a winner currently. Trip and ground both suit and looks ready to win a race soon and today looks a good chance.

Two year old Haggas trained youngster who has only ran once and remains very unexposed. Debut run was a big positive, ran on creditably to finish 3rd in a hotly contested race at Newmarket. Remains open to much further progress on second start and trainer has a good record here and with horses on second start. Good booking in Cieren Fallon and whilst this race contains many similar unexposed youngsters, Wild Dahlia was one for the notebook on debut and may come good here on second start.

Beautifully bred youngster who is sister to Kameko, a 2000 Guineas winner. Despite that lofty relation, Kingsclere has been somewhat disappointing in first few starts with form of 969. Looked much better on first handicap run lto at Ffos Las when coming second and is a big player on AW debut here today. Bred to be much better than what we’ve seen so far and likely to take a big step forward at some point. Open to more progression than most of this field and looks to have a great chance at getting that first win today.
