TipManTips Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

Welcome to TipManTips (the “Service”). The Service is operated through our website and mobile application and provides sports analysis, betting tips, and related informational content. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and this End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. No Gambling or Wagering Services

TipManTips is not a gambling website. We do not:

• Accept or process bets.
• Handle financial transactions related to wagering.
• Guarantee outcomes or profits.

Any links to third-party betting platforms are provided for convenience only. If you choose to place any wager with a third-party operator, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility, subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party platforms.

3. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You do not own any rights to the Service, and all content remains the property of TipManTips.

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, sell, or make derivative works from our content.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or modify the Service.

4. Subscription Services

The Service may offer free and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional or premium tips and content.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are clearly stated prior to purchase.
• Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically.
• You are responsible for cancelling the subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or success rate of any betting tips.

5. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age in your country, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

6. Responsible Use and Personal Decision-Making

Sports betting involves financial risk. Any decision to place a wager following our tips is entirely your own. We recommend:

10. Apple App Store Additional Terms

This section applies when the Licensed Application is downloaded from the Apple App Store.

Acknowledgement

You and the End-User acknowledge that this agreement is between You and the End-User only, and not with Apple. Tipman Group Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content within it.

Scope of License

The license granted to the End-User is a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by the End-User and permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Maintenance and Support

Tipman Group Ltd is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Licensed Application. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.

Warranty

Tipman Group Ltd is solely responsible for any product warranties, express or implied, to the extent not disclaimed. In the event that the application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, the End-User may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Any other claims or losses due to failure to conform to warranty shall be the responsibility of Tipman Group Ltd.

Product Claims

You and the End-User acknowledge that Tipman Group Ltd is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application, including but not limited to: product liability claims, claims of failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or consumer protection or privacy claims.

Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or the End-User’s possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, Tipman Group Ltd is responsible for handling such claims.

Legal Compliance

The End-User represents that they are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third Party Terms of Agreement

The End-User must comply with applicable third-party terms of use when using the Licensed Application.

Third Party Beneficiary

You and the End-User acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries to this EULA, and Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against the End-User as a third-party beneficiary.
