You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account:
From there, you can:
View your active subscriptions
Check your renewal date
Cancel or update your plan (Subscriptions > View > Cancel).
Change your email or password
All of our Premium Tips are now available directly on the website for subscribed members.
You must be logged in and have an active subscription to view them.

If you’re a Premium or Elite subscriber and can’t access the correct Telegram group:
Send our telegram bot your email address that you subscribed with
- Make sure your Telegram username matches the one used at sign-up
Ensure you’ve joined the correct group from your welcome email or dashboard

If you’ve been double charged or are having trouble with payment:
Check your account area first for your billing history
