Group 1 winner as a juvenile and coming off a dominant Group 3 victory over this trip. She travels strongly and quickens well—everything you want for this kind of contest. A serious contender with the right profile.

Had a quiet reappearance but is expected to strip much fitter now. Winner of the Golden Gates at Ascot previously and clearly has the ability to land another big pot. Big each-way shout and our outsider to watch.

Supplemented specifically for this return to a mile. Hugely promising effort at Newmarket, and connections have avoided the temptation of the Oaks to target this race. Leading claims with ground and trip in her favour.

Jockey: H Doyle | Trainer: A Balding
Still learning but definitely improving. Disliked the Newmarket track, so Ascot should suit much better. Running off a fair mark and the type to outrun her odds with further progress likely.
17:35 – Amiloc @ 15/8 (Win Only)
Jockey: R Ryan | Trainer: R Beckett
Unbeaten and improving fast. Last win came with a devastating late burst and this extra furlong looks tailor-made. Beckett’s team clearly rate him and we might not have seen the best of him yet.
18:10 – Redorange @ 10/1 (Win & E/W)
Jockey: R Ryan | Trainer: C Cox
Big effort at Chester when beating a well-fancied runner who franked the form at Epsom. Clive Cox has had this race in mind for a while and firmer ground will help. Draw isn’t ideal, but her class can see her through.

Frankel x Heartache filly who caught the eye when finishing third in a strong Group 3 on debut. Stable won this race last year and she’s drawn nicely in 11. With Ryan Moore back aboard and plenty of improvement expected, Signora looks the banker of the day.

15:40 – Hand Of God @ 15/2 (Win)
Disappointed last time but looked a horse with real potential when winning here previously. Has the class to bounce back and could take advantage of a slightly underrated price. A strong outside bet in a very open contest.
